Meet Cecily
Cecily Elmas has spent over 20 years leading transformational change by equipping leaders and teams with the tools to thrive. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs, facilitated executive offsites, and coached individuals to step into their full potential. Cecily’s work has supported organizations across industries—from retail and finance to wellness and technology—always with a focus on communication, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
She has facilitated with Lululemon Athletica, delivering immersive leadership programs, partnered with non-profits to strengthen their leadership capacity, and served as President of the International Coaching Federation of BC.
Cecily holds a Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching (in progress) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She has partnered on senior leadership development programs, co-designed initiatives supporting thousands of employees worldwide, and continues to empower leaders to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Carla complements development and communication work by ensuring the strategy, structure, and systems are in place to support lasting change. She is known for her ability to simplify complexity, ask the right questions, and build practical systems that support both performance and people.
