Format: In-person, 4-part series

Whether your team is just beginning to step into facilitation or looking to sharpen its collective skills, this masterclass offers a grounded, practical space to grow confidence and presence in the room.

Over three immersive sessions, your team will:

  • Explore core facilitation techniques.

  • Build a shared toolkit of practices and approaches.

  • Refine the ability to lead with clarity, adaptability, and impact.

This series is ideal for:

  • Teams new to facilitation who want a supportive environment to practice together.
