Using the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) Assessment, every member of the team will complete the assessment to better understand their unique strengths, motivations, and how they contribute to the team as a whole. This program includes three team workshops and one individual debrief session for each participant.
Team Coaching brings a group of individuals together to explore real workplace situations while working toward their individual and shared goals.
This group coaching format creates a collaborative environment where participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and collectively strengthen how they work together.

3 Team Workshops (4 hours each)
SDI Assessment + Individual Coaching Debrief: $475 per person
