Who are your leadership programs for?
Companies that want to develop their people — from first-time managers to senior leadership teams. Programs are delivered in-house, so your whole team learns together and builds a shared leadership language.
Are workshops in person or virtual?
Both. I deliver programs in person and virtually, and work with companies across British Columbia and the United States, including clients in Chicago, California and Alaska.
Can you customize a program for our company?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation, and programs are shaped around your goals, culture and schedule — or built from scratch.
What is the SDI assessment?
The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) helps each person understand their strengths and motivations — and how they show up in conflict — so teams can work better together.
How do we get started?
Honestly, however feels easiest for you. Some people email me to say, “Hey — can we jump on a call?” Others pick up the phone and call me when they need something ASAP. You can also grab a time on my calendar. Either way, we’ll talk through where your team is today and what would make the biggest difference.
