About Cecily

With a Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching, I bring over 20 years of experience in personal and leadership development that scales across teams and organizations. I’ve worked with industries globally to coach leaders, train executives, and develop high-performing teams.

My background includes leading training and operations at lululemon and ivivva during periods of rapid growth, and I continue to integrate my expertise as a Certified Professional Coach, Certified StandOut Debrief Coach, and longtime yoga and mindfulness instructor. I’m passionate about designing experiences that cultivate insight, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
